By connecting your Oura Ring, you authorize Wellness Elite Fitness ("WEF") to access and review the following health data: readiness scores, sleep metrics (duration, quality, stages), heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature, activity levels, calories, steps, and related biometric measurements.
Your health data will be used solely by authorized WEF wellness staff for the purpose of providing personalized coaching, training recommendations, recovery protocols, and wellness guidance. Data will not be sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for any commercial purpose unrelated to your wellness program.
WEF is a wellness facility, not a medical provider. Information provided based on your tracked data is for general wellness coaching only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical conditions or before making significant changes to your health regimen.
Your access tokens are stored securely. Health data is retrieved on demand from Oura's servers and is not permanently stored by WEF beyond what is necessary for coaching review. WEF takes commercially reasonable steps to protect your data.
You acknowledge that fitness, recovery, and wellness recommendations carry inherent risks. WEF, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse outcome resulting from your reliance on coaching insights derived from this data. You assume full responsibility for your physical activities and health decisions.
You may revoke this consent and disconnect your device at any time using the "Disconnect" button on this page. Upon disconnection, WEF will no longer have access to your future Oura data.
WEF is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Data shared via this tracker does not constitute Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. However, WEF will treat your data with confidentiality consistent with industry best practices.
