SMS Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern the Wellness Elite Fitness SMS Notifications program. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Wellness Elite Fitness, LLC ("WEF," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in or reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
01Program Name
Wellness Elite Fitness SMS Notifications.
02Program Description
The WEF SMS Notifications program sends recurring text messages to subscribers who have provided express written consent. Messages may include:
- Appointment reminders and confirmations for sessions, recovery modalities, and consultations;
- Class schedule updates and changes;
- Membership notifications, billing updates, and account status messages;
- Health and wellness tips, protocols, and informational dispatches relevant to your membership;
- Occasional invitations to member events, programs, or new service launches.
03Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month. Frequency may increase around scheduled appointments, member events, or program launches.
04Cost Disclosure
Message and data rates may apply. WEF does not charge a fee for participation in the SMS program; however, your wireless carrier may charge for sending and receiving text messages. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.
05How to Opt In
You may opt in to the SMS Notifications program through any of the following channels:
- Online forms: by entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our membership signup, day-pass request, or contact pages at wellnesselitefitness.com;
- In-gym kiosk: at the time of check-in, by entering your phone number and tapping the consent checkbox on the kiosk display, which presents the same disclosure language used on the website;
- In-person staff intake: by signing the SMS consent line on a paper or tablet intake form during a visit to our facility.
Opt-in is express and affirmative — pre-checked consent boxes are not used at any opt-in surface. Consent is not a condition of purchase, membership, or facility access.

08Supported Carriers & Sender Identity
Messages originate from a Wellness Elite Fitness-owned 10-digit long code (10DLC). The originating number is disclosed in your first message and on file at our facility; you may also request it at any time by contacting our SMS support team (details in §12).
Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
09Privacy and Data Use
Phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent timestamps collected through this program are used solely to deliver the messages described above. WEF does not share, sell, or rent phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited service-provider access (e.g., our SMS delivery platform) is governed by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
10Eligibility
The SMS Notifications program is intended for U.S. residents age 18 or older. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile device or are authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via SMS or email, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
