SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern the Wellness Elite Fitness SMS Notifications program. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Wellness Elite Fitness, LLC ("WEF," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in or reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.

01Program Name

Wellness Elite Fitness SMS Notifications.

02Program Description

The WEF SMS Notifications program sends recurring text messages to subscribers who have provided express written consent. Messages may include:

03Message Frequency

Message frequency varies, typically 2–6 messages per month. Frequency may increase around scheduled appointments, member events, or program launches.

04Cost Disclosure

Message and data rates may apply. WEF does not charge a fee for participation in the SMS program; however, your wireless carrier may charge for sending and receiving text messages. Check with your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

05How to Opt In

You may opt in to the SMS Notifications program through any of the following channels:

Opt-in is express and affirmative — pre-checked consent boxes are not used at any opt-in surface. Consent is not a condition of purchase, membership, or facility access.

HELP Reply HELP at any time to receive contact information and assistance with the SMS program.
INFO Same as HELP.

07STOP Instructions

STOP Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from the SMS Notifications program. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further marketing or informational messages will be sent. Transactional messages required to fulfill an existing appointment or service obligation may continue until that obligation is complete.
STOPALL Same as STOP.
UNSUBSCRIBE Same as STOP.
CANCEL / END / QUIT Same as STOP.
START / YES / UNSTOP Re-subscribe to the program after a previous STOP.

08Supported Carriers & Sender Identity

Messages originate from a Wellness Elite Fitness-owned 10-digit long code (10DLC). The originating number is disclosed in your first message and on file at our facility; you may also request it at any time by contacting our SMS support team (details in §12).

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and other major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

09Privacy and Data Use

Phone numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent timestamps collected through this program are used solely to deliver the messages described above. WEF does not share, sell, or rent phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Limited service-provider access (e.g., our SMS delivery platform) is governed by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

10Eligibility

The SMS Notifications program is intended for U.S. residents age 18 or older. By opting in, you represent that you are the account holder for the mobile device or are authorized to consent on behalf of the account holder.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via SMS or email, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
